1. Ownership of Content
All Qstream content provided from the Validity Group Qstream Library remains the exclusive property of Validity Group.
2. License for Use
By hiring Validity Group Qstream content, the client is granted a limited, non-transferable licence for single use only. Content must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or reused in any form without the prior written consent of Validity Group.
3. Prohibited Use
Any unauthorised use of Qstream content constitutes an infringement of Validity Group’s intellectual property rights. Validity Group reserves the right to pursue legal action to protect its rights, reputation, and brand integrity.
4. Reuse Rights
Reuse of Validity Group Qstream content is only permitted where the client has entered into a separate written agreement with Validity Group authorising such use.
5. Brand & Reputation Protection
Any misuse of the Validity Group Qstream content or actions that may damage Validity Group’s brand or reputation will entitle Validity Group to take all appropriate legal and commercial action.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By signing the order form, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions in full.
7. Jurisdiction
As we are based in the state of Victoria, these terms will be governed by the laws of the state of Victoria. In the event of any dispute, we ask that you first contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the dispute to our mutual satisfaction quickly, cheaply and efficiently. If we do end up in court, you agree that the exclusive venue for resolving any dispute will be in the courts of the state of Victoria and courts of appeal from them.
